Confidence Rules
- >= 0.90: high-confidence business exposure / market convention.
- 0.80-0.89: usable, but should be reviewed during formal canonical pass.
- < 0.80: review queue; do not use for hard production constraints without human confirmation.

Next Canonical Pass
1. CIO / Kaite review the low-confidence queue.
2. Promote reviewed rows to a canonical file name when stable, e.g. output/pinecorn_chain_map_canonical.csv.
3. If Method A is revived, use primary_chain and secondary_chains from the canonical file instead of Shenwan/RQData industry labels.
4. Store any future overrides with reviewer and evidence, not silent code constants.
